Job Description

Must Have: ServiceNow data models, data extraction architecture, API/MID integration, metadata capture. Job Summary Deeply understands how ServiceNow data is organized across ITSM, CMDB, and change domains. Designs data extraction strategies using available ServiceNow interfaces (REST APIs, MID Server, Export Sets). Builds real-time and event-driven data feeds into Azure, ensuring pre-ingestion DQ checks, metadata tagging, and lineage capture. Previous work includes CMDB reconciliation exports, change-event monitoring, and service request automation integrations.
