ServiceNow Data & Integration Specialist

As an individual with expertise in ServiceNow data models, data extraction architecture, API/MID integration, and metadata capture, you will be responsible for deeply understanding how ServiceNow data is organized across ITSM, CMDB, and change domains. Your role will involve designing data extraction strategies utilizing available ServiceNow interfaces such as REST APIs, MID Server, and Export Sets. You will be expected to build real-time and event-driven data feeds into Azure, ensuring pre-ingestion data quality checks, metadata tagging, and lineage capture. Your previous experience should include tasks such as CMDB reconciliation exports, change-event monitoring, and service request automation integrations. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, your relevant tools and certifications should include ServiceNow Certified System Admin, Azure Data Factory, and Logic Apps. Your proficiency in MID integration, REST APIs, metadata capture, API integration, Logic Apps, data extraction architecture, ServiceNow data models, and Azure Data Factory will be crucial for success in this role.,
