Role Overview

Contract ServiceNow Reinforcement Learning Data Engineer



Key Responsibilities

  • Build scenario-driven RL tasks aligned with

    ServiceNow workflows (CSM, ITSM, HRSD)

    .
  • Write structured, natural instructions for AI model training.
  • Define decision frameworks, taxonomy, and evaluation metrics.
  • Use

    SQL

    and

    JSON

    for data validation and structured representation.
  • Apply

    prompt engineering

    to guide task execution effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance ServiceNow domain coverage.



Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience with

    ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, HRSD)

    .
  • Proficiency in

    JSON authoring

    and

    SQL queries

    .
  • Deep understanding of

    cases, incidents, SLAs, and workflows

    .
  • Experience in

    AI/ML training data preparation

    and

    prompt design

    .
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA

    and

    CIS–ITSM

    (plus any one:

    CIS–CSM

    or

    CIS–HRSD

    ).
  • Exposure to

    AI/ML workflows

    and

    Agile environments

    .
