Job Description

Role Overview: As a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement solutions using various ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB modules such as Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, timesheets, and Financial Management. You will also work on customizing and configuring CMDB applications to align with the business requirements. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements will be a crucial part of your role. Ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards, as well as participating in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews, are key aspects of this position. Additionally, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SPM modules will be within your scope, along with supporting testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB modules - Customize and configure CMDB applications to meet business requirements - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed - Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules - Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities - Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies - Familiarity with ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM modules and configuration - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities - Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts,
