ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant specializing in Customer Service Management (CSM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM), you will play a key role in optimizing business processes on the ServiceNow platform. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in business process consulting and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, you will lead workshops, deliver product demonstrations, and translate business needs into effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes, leading workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements, delivering engaging product demos, translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions, guiding implementation teams, evaluating platform enhancements, and providing end-user training and go-live support. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, digital workflows, asset management, and customer service transformation, along with the ability to perform functional configurations and process mapping on ServiceNow. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and demonstrate collaboration between business and technical teams. Preferred qualifications include additional ServiceNow certifications and experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
