Education:

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) ideally from Tier 1/2 institutions
  • Engineering or University degree in Computer Science, Ergonomics, or related field


Key Skills & Competencies


Mandatory Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, and enterprise architecture planning
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SAFe
  • Experience in large-scale transformation projects
  • Familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively across teams
  • Experience in leading workshops and conducting demos


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with distributed, multicultural teams
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to advocate for out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions while aligning with business needs


Role Overview

The selected candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM processes and workflows. Acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners, the candidate will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level process definitions into detailed ServiceNow implementation designs (epics, features, user stories)
  • Develop product and implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals and ServiceNow best practices
  • Lead design workshops with business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other Business Analysts to build and maintain a product backlog
  • Promote ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box capabilities while ensuring business requirements are met
  • Provide guidance on process improvements and platform capabilities
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow product developments to ensure future-proof designs
  • Prepare and conduct product demos and proof-of-concept sessions
