Job Description

What You Will Do

Develop, configure and maintain custom workflows, scripts and automations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and Scripted REST APIs.
Manage automation-related projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Ensure adherence to organizational best practices and governance standards, including code reviews, documentation, and change control.
Provide troubleshooting and support for available solutions.

What You Need to Be Successful

3+ years of experience designing/developing complex business automation solutions.
Expertise in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, scripting and platform architecture.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity, along with expertise in Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in a corporate setting and comfort interacting with people at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Confidence working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, often with ambiguity and requiring the ability to pivot.
Empathy for colleagues in different circumstances, enabling you to tailor materials to their needs.
Experience working in a distributed multi-national team environment.
Strong technical troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and one or more advanced certifications (i.e. Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
Experience with ServiceNow RPA Hub or third-party RPA Tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere).
Proficiency creating AI agents and bots.
Experience in global, multi-cultural companies.
