Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules based on business requirements.
Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators, including code reviews and solution design validation.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Define, implement, and enforce ServiceNow platform best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
Architect integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, MID Servers, REST/SOAP, and integration tools.
Oversee custom application development, scripting for both client and server side, and workflow automation.
Plan and manage platform upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and overall platform optimization.
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical documentation.
Ensure solutions comply with security, data privacy, and enterprise governance requirements.
