Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Having 9 to 12 Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.

Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).

Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business

Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM,

Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow

Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).

Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical

Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best
