Overview

ServiceNow Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow implementation projects across multiple modules.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including scripting and custom application development.
Conduct impact analysis and ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage Agile-based project delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Stay updated on latest ServiceNow platform trends and innovations.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

ServiceNow scripting expertise
(JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
Hands-on experience in
at least two ServiceNow modules
(excluding ITSM);
ITOM preferred
.
Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Proven
team leadership experience
(mentoring and guiding teams).
Deep knowledge of
ServiceNow platform architecture
and latest trends.
Familiarity with
ITIL concepts
and best practices.
Experience in
Agile development and project management
, with strong delivery and customer handling skills.
Ability to manage
end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
from project initiation to Go-Live.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA.
7+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal technologies.
