o 7-12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
o Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.o Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Portal.o Experience with CMDB design, data modeling, and discovery.
Certificationso ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory.o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules preferred.o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.o ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly desirable.
Soft Skillso Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.o Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.o Proven track record of leading large ServiceNow transformations.
