Job Description

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes. Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment. Certifications: Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM), and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams.
