• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on large-scale, complex enterprise projects.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, data modeling, development frameworks (App Engine, Flow Designer, Workflow Builder), and integration patterns (Integration Hub).
• Proven track record in designing greenfield workflow automation solutions, with strong knowledge of business process management and Concept to Market processes.
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities, particularly ServiceNow's Now Assist suite for generative AI and virtual agents.
• Familiarity with UI Builder for modern user experiences and Yokohama release enhancements (e.g., AI Agent Studio, improved automation).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Developer required; additional certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Now Assist) highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and experience managing multi dependency environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to work in flexible time zones for global collaboration; remote/hybrid options available.
