ARi India is looking for ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate business requirements into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions. Define architecture frameworks, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow platform usage across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps. Drive platform innovation by evaluating and implementing new ServiceNow capabilities and ensuring optimal use of the platform. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring high - quality delivery and adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles. Review and approve solution designs, configuration changes, and custom development to ensure integrity and alignment with architectural roadmap. Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and integration tools, ensuring reliability and performance. Create and maintain architectural documentation, data models, and design specifications, and conduct regular architecture reviews. Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases, features, and roadmap, and advise stakeholders on strategic opportunities and risk mitigation. Ensure platform compliance with organizational security, data protection policies, and industry regulations. Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning efforts, acting as the escalation point for major technical issues and incidents related to the ServiceNow platform.
