Summary:The ServiceNow Sr Administrator will be responsible for administration and configuration of multiple platform modules across the enterprise platform. The candidate will work with various internal stakeholders and external partners to collaboratively develop requirements for maintenance and growth activities. The candidate is expected to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, and to continuously expand knowledge and skills regarding platform administration.The incumbent will need to balance demands, prioritize efforts, clearly set expectations, and communicate effectively; will work with other enterprise technologies to help configure and maintain integrations. A collaborative teamwork-driven individual with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills will excel in this role.
