Service/Installation Engineer

• Installation and commissioning of device
• Create installation document and report
• Travel to customer location most of work on lift of height especially EOT cranes
• Site Preparation: Assess and prepare the site for installation, ensuring all prerequisites (power, space, safety) are met.
• Testing and Commissioning: Perform initial testing to ensure proper functionality and calibrate systems as needed.
• Customer Training: Educate end-users or clients on operating procedures, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Repairs and Upgrades: Replace faulty components, update software/firmware, and upgrade systems as required
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing queries and offering solutions
• Reporting: Submit service reports, installation logs, and feedback to management
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, project managers, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
