As a Service Technician at our company located in Kuravilangadu, you will play a crucial role in inspecting, repairing, and servicing two-wheeler vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include performing regular maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and maintaining quality standards in all repairs. You will be required to replace faulty parts with genuine spare parts, conduct test rides to verify repair quality, and ensure workshop cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular maintenance and repair of two-wheeler vehicles including motorcycles and scooters. - Diagnose engine, electrical, brake, suspension, and transmission issues. - Replace faulty parts with genuine spare parts and ensure proper fitting. - Conduct test rides to verify repair quality and performance. - Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness. - Record service details, repairs performed, and parts used. - Follow safety and quality standards in all service activities. - Assist in pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of new vehicles. - Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers when needed. Qualifications & Skills: - ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical or equivalent. - 1-3 years of experience in two-wheeler servicing (freshers with ITI certification may also apply). - Strong knowledge of two-wheeler engines, electrical systems, and parts. - Ability to use diagnostic tools and service equipment. - Customer-focused attitude and teamwork ability. In this full-time position, you will receive benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. Your work location will be in person.
