Role & responsibilities
Role Summary
Service Techician will be responsible for end-to-end coordination across Mock-ups, Logistics, Service, Reports, Accounts payment followups and checking and Project Execution. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, stock control, service ticket closure, site coordination, and smooth workflow between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Mock-Up Management
- Coordinate and collect 3D renders from clients.
- Ensure mock-up preparation, issue indent formats, and track completion.
- Maintain mock-up sample stock list and MOM reports.
- Handle materials such as frames, wires, switches, and refurbishment of samples.
2. Project & Site Execution
- Conduct site measurements and create installation process templates.
- Support project management activities.
- Perform LUX level audits and escalation management.
- Cross-check all documentation before submission.
3. Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate POD (Proof of Delivery) and MIR reports.
- Manage dispatches, driver coordination, loading/unloading, and material movement.
- Handle indent collection from various teams and update registers.
- Ensure faulty spares are collected, documented, and returned as required.
- Track POD, and send spares as per project needs.
4. Service Operations
- Manage service tickets received via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Enter all tickets into the register and maintain closure updates.
- Provide spares and indent support project-wise.
- Prepare closure reports and submit client copies.
- Track spare return, binning, and surplus stock movement.
- Maintain service trackers and escalation reports.
5. Sales & Administration Support
- Manage lead generation trackers.
- Prepare asset lists, TDS formats, and COP documents.
- Ensure all reporting formats are submitted within the defined TAT.
6. Accounts Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Monthly Information Reports (MIR).
- Perform ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounts.
- Handle bills accounting and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
