Role Overview: As a Service Team Leader at Yaduka Group, you will be responsible for direct, coordinating, and reviewing activities in sales and service of the Customers in the Parking System and Lift/Elevators industry. You will play a key role in executing the servicing of the systems both preventive & breakdown, as well as resolving customer complaints regarding servicing. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient and effective customer service in this sector. Key Responsibilities: - Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service of the Customers. - Execute the servicing of the systems both preventive & breakdown. - Resolve customer complaints regarding servicing. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role. - Electro Mechcanical Knowledge. - Good communication skills. - Knowledge in MS office, hands-on in ERP systems.
