Job Description

You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and teammates, conducting site surveys, offering onsite and in-house support, collaborating with team members, and maintaining accurate documentation of services performed and client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to the customers and teammates. - Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and prepare the estimates. - Offer onsite and in-house support to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. - Maintain accurate documentation of services performed and client interactions. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in networking, IP surveillance, firewall, router, biometric, and access control. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Experience in customer handling. - Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal bike. The company offers a competitive salary based on experience and performance, travel allowance, overtime compensation, cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and paid time off.
