Position Overview: We are looking for a Service and Support Engineer with prior experience in handling technical support and service-related issues for CCTV systems, IT hardware, and security equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong troubleshooting background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with installations, diagnostics, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and after-sales service for CCTV, DVR/NVR, biometric devices, computer peripherals, and related products Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at customer locations and over call/email/remote tools Conduct product diagnostics, repairs, and replacements (where applicable) Maintain service logs and generate service reports Coordinate with dealers, system integrators, and internal sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in pre-sales technical queries and product demonstrations if required Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the surveillance and IT hardware domain Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in service centers or technical support roles (CCTV/security/IT preferred) Strong understanding of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP configuration, networking, and basic computer hardware Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users Willingness to travel locally for client site visits and installations Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, IT, or a related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience and skills A professional and supportive work environment Opportunities to work with top global brands Career growth in a stable and booming industry Regular training and skill upgradation sessions How to Apply: If you're passionate about technology, committed to customer service, and ready to work with one of Central India's top distribution companies, apply now!
