Job Title:

Role Overview:

The candidate will support dealership operations with a focus on vehicle service, parts investigation, technical assessment, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires basic technical knowledge of vehicles, good analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Investigate parts on vehicles to identify issues, failures, or abnormalities.
Understand the functionality of various vehicle components and systems.
Provide technical support to dealership teams for service-related activities.
Assist in analyzing new vehicle technologies and documenting observations.
Coordinate with service teams and support technical queries from dealerships.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and support daily operational tasks.
Use MS Excel and Word for data entry, report preparation, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and dealership personnel.
Support continuous improvement activities within service operations.

Required Skills:

Basic experience or internship exposure in OEMs or Dealerships (preferred).
Strong technical know-how of vehicles and emerging technologies.
Ability to investigate and understand vehicle parts and their functions.
Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
