Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Solar Specialist located in Indore. The Service Solar Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar water heating systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to service calls, performing system inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing technical support and guidance to customers and documenting service activities. Qualifications Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical problems Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and the ability to promote products and services Basic understanding of Finance for cost estimation and billing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in solar technology or related field is a plus Relevant certification or technical degree is preferred
