Service Sales Specialist

This role will be based in the Services & Support Division (SSD) in Pune and will focus on service sales and account management for customers in Maharashtra and nearby territories. Your responsibilities will include selling service products, renewing service contracts, converting warranties, increasing wallet share through contract upselling, and promoting lab-wide service enterprise products. You will collaborate with the inside sales team, lead business growth strategy, and ensure proactive sales tactics are used on all viable opportunities. Effective partnership with the Service Delivery Team, Credit/Collections, and other business functions is crucial to provide customers with a world-class experience from sale to delivery. Responsibilities: - Generate sales for assigned named accounts or geographic/industry-specific accounts list. - Promote and sell products/solutions to current or new customers, and inform them of new product introductions. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. - Create and revise lead generation plans, understand customer needs, and identify solutions. - Lead projects that require coordination with other functions/organizations, solving problems of varying scope and complexity. - Develop sales approaches to achieve quota/strategies and work independently with in-depth knowledge and experience in the job.,
