Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate leads for service-related business (AMC, retrofits, repairs, upgrades).
Promote value-added services to existing and new customers to enhance product lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver competitive service proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly service sales targets.

Client Engagement

Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, facility managers, architects, and consultants.
Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to understand client requirements and pitch services.
Provide basic technical explanations and coordinate with service/technical teams for solution finalization.

Reporting & Coordination

Track customer database, sales pipeline, and service renewal cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts) to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain updated records in CRM and submit sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or any graduate with technical aptitude
MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)

Experience:

25 years in service sales, preferably in
building materials, construction products, HVAC, elevators, or electrical systems
Experience dealing with
builders, contractors, facility managers, or OEMs

Key Skills:

Strong selling and negotiation skills
Good understanding of building material product applications
Basic technical knowledge of installation and maintenance aspects
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
Excellent communication, customer handling, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
