Service Sales Engineer

You are a driven and customer-oriented Service Sales Executive required by Cyrix Healthcare Pvt Ltd to promote and sell after-sales services for biomedical equipment and solutions. Your responsibilities include achieving service sales targets, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the biomedical domain. You will promote and sell annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), comprehensive maintenance contracts (CMCs), and installation & calibration services for biomedical equipment. Identify new service business opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the service delivery team for quality service execution. You will maintain relationships with biomedical engineers, hospital administration, negotiate contracts, and track service contracts. Key Skills and Competencies: - Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment and servicing needs - Proven service sales ability, especially in healthcare - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Customer-focused with relationship-building capabilities - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent work - Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Life Sciences, or related field - 1-5 years of sales or service experience in medical/diagnostic equipment - Experience with equipment like ventilators, patient monitors, analyzers, or imaging devices is advantageous - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region - Kasargode residents preferred This is a Full-time, Permanent, Fresher job with benefits including Health insurance, Provident Fund, and Life insurance.
