Job Description

As a Service Relationship Manager in the WC-Working Capital-Sales team, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling and managing client service requests effectively. - Ensuring portfolio hygiene by timely updating stock insurance, client statement requests, and conducting stock audits. - Monitoring PDD MIS and ensuring timely closure of PDDs. - Managing day-to-day service-related activities such as URC updating, WCDL disbursement tracking, and following up with RMs. - Tracking overdue renewals and collaborating with RMs to ensure timely updates. Additionally, as part of your role, you will be responsible for HO monitoring activities to support the efficient functioning of the team.,
