Service Relationship Manager

As a Service Relationship Manager in Wealth Management, you will act as a key client service liaison to ensure seamless transaction processing, effective query resolution, and superior client engagement. Your role will involve collaborating with documentation teams, clients, and Relationship Managers to facilitate smooth transaction processing and resolution of client queries within defined turnaround times. You will also coordinate personalized client engagements and deliver client reports and portfolio statements as requested. Your key responsibilities will include: - Executing error-free transactions including Mutual Funds, Equity Trades, Bonds, and other wealth management products. - Coordinating with various teams for accurate product and process classification. - Managing banking-related client servicing needs such as cheque referrals, statement requests, and risk profiling. - Maintaining and deepening client relationships by providing excellent service and managing comprehensive client documentation. - Reviewing client portfolios and identifying opportunities for improved service delivery and wealth solutions. - Implementing control mechanisms for managing deferrals, exceptions, and risk mitigation. - Driving continuous improvement in processes and client servicing controls. For this role, you should have: - Proven experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services. - Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial systems. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and deliver under tight timelines.,
