Service Officer-BRANCH BANKING-Service

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Officer to join our Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

As a Service Officer, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accuratelyHandle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processingProvide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly

Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processesIdentify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and servicesEnsure a positive and professional customer experience to foster loyalty and referrals
