As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership to the team. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and maintaining a detailed view of the existing architecture - Designing and collaborating with Business Process Analysts and Developers to create a High-Level Solution Design Document - Defining and communicating technical solutions aligned with business problems and systems architecture - Ensuring adherence to technical governance process and policies - Providing architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used for delivering business solutions - Creating and maintaining a detailed view of integrations - Developing and maintaining a Technical Implementation Roadmap - Resolving technical escalations and responding to defects - Participating in process workshops - Working closely with the client enterprise architecture team and client ServiceNow Teams - Reviewing Configuration periodically to ensure Platform health - Assessing instance health by conducting ServiceNow Health Scan - Reviewing design and code per sprint to ensure quality - Providing hands-on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected projects - Ensuring design compliance with Licensed modules or communicating changes in license to the client - Maintaining expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, products, capabilities, and ecosystem - Assisting in migrating configuration across instances - Supporting COE in the continuous development of training paths for professional advancement - Contributing to the ongoing definition of best development and solution practices - Leading training workshops to share experiences gained across the practice Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: - Certified System Administrator (CSA) plus one Mainline certification (CSM / HRSD / ITSM / GRC etc.) - Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles - Hands-on experience on Projects - IT Graduate Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer) / B.E.
