  of experience in

  ServiceNow development

  .
• Proficiency in

  ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations

• Experience with

  software development methodologies

  Agile or Waterfall

  .
• Familiarity with

  IT Service Management (ITSM)

  and

  IT Operations Management (ITOM)

  processes.

• 2+ years

  of experience coding

  ServiceNow features

  or similar platforms.
• Experience in

  developing, configuring, and customizing

  the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Ability to collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to identify and prioritize business requirements.
• Expertise in writing

  clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Conducting

  code reviews

  and

  quality control checks

  to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Debugging and

  to ensure software quality.

  Web Technologies

  (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and experience working in a

  SaaS environment

• Ability to drive

  around automation tools.
• Understanding of

  technical components

  such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other related technologies.
• Must be

  fluent in English
