Service Now ITSM Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules. Your role will involve integrating ServiceNow with other systems, writing and maintaining scripts to automate tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting testing and debugging, providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, and staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules. - Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms to enhance functionality and streamline processes. - Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow applications. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve development processes. - Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in ServiceNow Development, specifically in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management). - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script). - Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP). - Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,
