5 years relevant in Service now(If you give profiles 5 Yrs total then relevant should be 5 Yrs in Service Now) Technical skills: ITSM, CMDB, HRSD Integration & Scripting Mandatory Minimum 5 yrs in service now is required for an architect role Implementation experience on more than one module like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc. Experience integrations and should have integrated at least 5+ tools with ServiceNow Experience in Flow Designer Should be hands on developer as well Experience in managing ServiceNow Partnership
