Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 10 years in ITSM/ITOM/ITBM implementation and at least 5 years of ServiceNow platform architecture experience.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

1.Design scalable, robust, and innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
2.Define and maintain architectural blueprints for the ServiceNow platform, including integrations with third-party systems.

Platform Development and Optimization:

1.Lead the development of custom applications, workflows, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
2.Ensure best practices are followed in development, testing, and deployment. Identify and resolve platform performance and scalability issues.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:

1.Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
2.Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Emerging Technology and Trends:

1.Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.
2.Recommend and implement new modules and functionalities as needed.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years in ITSM/ITOM/ITBM implementation, with at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Architect.
Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, etc.)
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes.
