Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Global Business Operations Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for managing and providing expertise on the delivery of Global Business Services (GBS) services. Your role involves building effective relationships with GBS customers, promoting a shared ethos of customer focus and service excellence, and ensuring that service agreements are clearly understood and upheld. You will also be responsible for holding regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders, employing a data-driven approach to performance management, and establishing and managing agreed SLAs with GBS customers. Additionally, you will report regularly to stakeholders on performance metrics, act as the point of escalation to resolve issues and complaints, and support continuous improvement and organization development activities. You will work collaboratively to achieve process excellence, drive innovation, and coordinate changes with Service Providers. Key Responsibilities: - Build effective relationships with GBS customers and promote a customer-focused ethos. - Hold regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders. - Establish and manage agreed SLAs with GBS customers. - Report regularly to stakeholders on performance metrics. - Act as the point of escalation to resolve issues and complaints. - Support continuous improvement and organization development activities.
