Job Description

About The Role

Process Ownership: Develop, implement, and maintain CMDB processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices.

Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of configuration item data within the CMDB.

Governance & Compliance: Enforce CMDB governance policies, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams (Service Desk, Incident, Change, and Problem Management) to support configuration management activities and resolve data issues.

ITIL Framework: Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, especially Configuration Management and Service Asset Management.

CMDB Tools Experience: Experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
