Role Summary
- Service Excellence Enablement Manager responsible for driving service transformation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Focused on process optimization, digital enablement, and implementing innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Own and drive key deliverable
- Lead AI Strategic Initiatives: Conceptualize, lead, and moderate cross-functional teams on Change the Business projects in partnership with the broader team.
- Program Governance: Own the BMS for end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of defined objectives, especially on AI led efficiency workstreams
- Drive Operational Insights: Collaborate with Regional Operational stake holders in identifying critical enhancement opportunities and gather market intelligence.
- Benchmark Best Practices: Analyze and adopt key cross-region and cross-geo initiatives to ensure alignment and implementation of best practices.
- Revenue growth : Support initiatives to enhance service-level agreements and improve competitiveness in service bids, building a $5M+ revenue book over two year period
- Efficiency Projects: Oversee execution of Stamp efficiency projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of cost-saving commitments.
- Regional Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for key AP and WW projects, ensuring execution rigor and alignment with global priorities.
- Enable NPI: Support enablement for cross-brand launches (e.g., MotoBook, MotoPad) to ensure seamless service readiness.
Education And Experience
- Degree in IT or related discipline.
- 15-20 years experience in program/project management (from conception to execution) in services transformation /automation related projects.
- Good understanding or knowledge on AI technologies preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
