Job Description

A German MNC,

We have manufacturing facility presently in Chennai India, is looking for dynamic and experienced Engineers for Residential Services in Ahmedabad, Vapi & Bangalroe cities.

SERVICE ENGINEERS

- Ahmedabad (1)

- Bangalore (1)

Qualifications: Diploma /Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Suitable
Experience : Around 4 to 6 years+ of experience plastic auxiliary equipments, IMMs

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and testing of plastic auxiliary equipment (e.g., hopper dryers, loaders, chillers, mold temperature controllers, granulators, conveyors, etc.).
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at customer sites.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
Coordinating with the production, design, and service teams for smooth execution of projects.
Training customer operators/technicians on proper usage and maintenance.
Preparing service reports, maintaining documentation, and updating service records.
Providing feedback to design and R&D teams on recurring issues for product improvement.
Ensuring timely customer support and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of plastic auxiliary equipment.
Hands-on experience in installation, service, and maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently at customer sites.
Willingness to travel extensively.
