Manager/ HEAD (Sponsorships & Revenue)

You will be responsible for managing Sponsorships & Revenue in Mumbai for a leadership and learning platform catering to professionals, entrepreneurs, influencers, and business owners across 4 cities and 30 industries. The organization has its headquarters in Gurgaon with branches in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 5-7+ years of experience in media/events to pitch and negotiate with corporates effectively - Developing sponsor decks independently - Leveraging your connections in Luxury Lifestyle, Auto, BFSI, and other sectors to secure partnerships - Working towards achieving revenue targets through selling event packages and visibility opportunities - Collaborating with a multi-functional team spread across different cities - Bringing innovative strategies and ideas to penetrate the market - Demonstrating a strong track record of meeting numerical goals - Managing relationships with sponsors and ensuring their satisfaction - Being flexible to participate in on-ground events and proactively drive business growth. This role offers an annual remuneration of 15 to 18 Lacs plus variable components based on seniority level. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree or above in media, events, PR, or related fields.
