Job Description

Service Engineer (Welding Machines)

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Register
and handle service complaints related to welding machines.
Visit
customer sites to diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
Perform
installation and commissioning of welding machines at various sites.
Troubleshoot
electrical circuits, PCB drawings, and other machine components.
Conduct
routine maintenance and servicing to enhance machine efficiency.
Collaborate
with the technical team to ensure high-quality after-sales service.
Provide
training and technical guidance to customers regarding machine operations.
Maintain
service logs and prepare reports on customer support activities.

Qualifications:

Diploma ITI Degree in
Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year
of experience in servicing electrical circuits.
Experience in repairing
or handling welding machines is preferred.
Knowledge of electrical
circuits, PCB drawings, and troubleshooting techniques.
Candidates from any
industry with relevant experience may also apply.
Freshers are also
welcome to apply.
