Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS

Core Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to verify and interpret technical drawings.
Strong site handling and execution skills.
Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis).
Customer-oriented approach.
Result-oriented mindset aligned with KRAs.

Soft Skills

Proficiency in CRM tools.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Power Play (if applicable).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute installations and handovers on time, ensuring project closure as per OTE.
Provide timely updates to Head Office and customers on site and project status.
Resolve customer complaints with proper closure using RCA.
Conduct KSP (Knowledge Sharing Programs) including:
Installation training
Troubleshooting
Spares selection
Training for SHPL / SP / CP / Authorized Installation Contractors
Achieve regional after-sales business targets as per KRA.
Ensure closure of warranty and non-warranty service tickets within defined OTD timelines.
Conduct performance audits and campaigns for supplied products.
Work toward achieving targeted after-sales revenue aligned with organizational goals.
Minimize QAR and reduce cost of poor quality (including FOC supplies).
