JOB SUMMARY The candidate will be responsible for identifying new projects and understanding the customer needs to effectively sell industrial products. Meeting new clients, architects, PMCs to present and promote Hormann Industrial products. Developing Industrial products business across the entire East region. Achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule through cold call, and visiting leads as provided by CRM team. He will also be responsible for conducting Industrial products training to the existing channel Partners. Developing Industrial products business through new channel partners and appointing new channel partners for Industrial Products for East region. Co-ordinating with Service team for timely execution of Installation / Handover with Project Closure, timely response & Updating the site and project status to Customers. Job Description Service / Installation Engineer (Chandigarh) REQUIRED SKILLS Core Skills Excellent communication skills. Ability to verify and interpret technical drawings. Strong site handling and execution skills. Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis). Customer-oriented approach. Result-oriented mindset aligned with KRAs. Soft Skills Proficiency in CRM tools. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Power Play (if applicable). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute installations and handovers on time, ensuring project closure as per OTE. Provide timely updates to Head Office and customers on site and project status. Resolve customer complaints with proper closure using RCA. Conduct KSP (Knowledge Sharing Programs) including: Installation training Troubleshooting Spares selection Training for SHPL / SP / CP / Authorized Installation Contractors Achieve regional after-sales business targets as per KRA. Ensure closure of warranty and non-warranty service tickets within defined OTD timelines. Conduct performance audits and campaigns for supplied products. Work toward achieving targeted after-sales revenue aligned with organizational goals. Minimize QAR and reduce cost of poor quality (including FOC supplies).
