SERVICE ENGINEER

At Schnell, we are currently seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team based in India. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and support of our equipment at customer locations. Key responsibilities for this position include: - Installing and starting up equipment at customer sites - Providing technical support through various channels such as phone, email, remote assistance, and on-site visits - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automation and electromechanical systems - Conducting training sessions for customers on machine usage and preventive maintenance - Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to enhance product offerings and address customer feedback effectively - Promoting brand awareness by effectively communicating the value of our products and services to customers To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: - Hold a High School diploma in Technical Engineering or higher education, preferably in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics - Possess 2-3 years of experience in the installation and service of industrial machinery - Demonstrate solid knowledge of automation and electromechanical systems - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Be willing and available to travel internationally, up to 50% of the time - Have a solid command of the English language, both spoken and written If you are a proactive and skilled professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of industrial machinery service and support, we invite you to consider joining our dynamic team at Schnell.,
