His/her responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, suggest suitable solutions, prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate orders and maintain customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills , good command on MS Office tools and should be a good team player willing to motivate and drive team performance Job Responsibilities Plan Preventive maintenance schedule and maintain daily records Follow preventive maintenance SOPs and monitor equipment Communicating with client side stakeholders about equipment health, predictive and overhaul maintenance Promptly follow up on service requests and provide feedback Training customer side technicians on OEM SOPs Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis Skills Required Willingness / Ability to do hands on work is mandatory Diploma / Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred Should have sound Mechanical/Electrical knowledge Basic knowledge in maintenance of rotating equipment Basic knowledge in MS Office Should be willing to relocate to Kurnool, AP Additional Perks Health Insurance Performance related bonuses Subsidized meals at Canteen (Payable) To and Fro transportation from City to Plant
