We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Laptop Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and other hardware systems. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to start their career in the IT hardware field. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues in laptops. Perform maintenance and upgrades (RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc.). Replace damaged parts such as screens, keyboards, batteries, etc. Maintain service logs and update repair records. Assist in pick-up and delivery of customer devices (if required). Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. Provide excellent customer support and explain issues to customers clearly. Coordinate with the senior service engineer and report daily work updates. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Willingness to learn and adapt to new repair techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle tools and service equipment safely. Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc / BCA / BE / Any degree with interest in hardware servicing. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
