Job Description

A Service Engineer in the medical field, often referred to as a Service Engineer or Medical Equipment Field Service Engineer, has a role cantered on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical devices and equipment used in healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Must have experience in Medical Equipment Service (preferred Surgical, Neuorolgical & Audiological equipment)
Demonstration, Install, maintains, and troubleshot biomedical equipment
Conduct on-site and on time training for medical staff on the use medical equipment
Provide technical support to medical personnel
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipment
Document service activities and maintain customer records

Skills:

Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using computers and related diagnostic software
Good communication and customer service skills

Experience: Fresher or 2-3 Years experience
