Service Engineer

Designation: Service Engineer Mandatory Qualification: Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Experience: Minimum 1 year experience Location: Ghumasan, Mehsana, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Company Description: Marut Air is an India-based ventilation systems manufacturer that provides cost-effective ventilation solutions for big premises. Responsibilities: Service and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFD Drives) for our clients. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in VFD Drives promptly and efficiently. Create and maintain warranty certificates for serviced equipment. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client concerns and provide technical support. Document service activities, including maintenance logs and warranty certificates. Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and warranty policies. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while performing service tasks. Travel to client sites as needed to perform onsite service and maintenance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. Proven experience in servicing and maintaining Variable Frequency Drives (VFD Drives). Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in creating and managing warranty certificates. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in similar roles preferred.
