Roles and Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support to customers for machine tools, cutting tools, and machinery. Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with CNC machines, laser cutting machines, punching machines, bending machines, power presses, and press machines. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on-site to ensure optimal equipment performance. Collaborate with customers to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions. Maintain accurate records of work completed during site visits. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Strong knowledge of cnc machines, cutting tools, machine service/maintenance/repair principles. Diploma or BE degree in any specialization (preferably).
