SERVICE ENGINEER

As a Service Engineer at Maier Vidorno Altios in Pune, India, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and demonstrating CNC plasma cutting equipment. With over 3 years of experience in CNC plasma cutting and a BE/BTECH degree in Electrical Engineering, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced fault-finding solutions for cutting and welding systems. Your key responsibilities will include offering telephonic and online support to customers and OEM engineers, managing after-sales service cases, and conducting training sessions for customers and OEM service engineers. You should be fluent in English and Hindi, willing to travel extensively across PAN India and the Middle East, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC maintenance.
