Purpose of the Role
1) Support the SIC in implementation of service strategies by handling annual service contracts(ASC) activities
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Support the SIC in implementation of service strategies by handling annual service contracts activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by bringing in efficiency in processes and executing activities for ASC
  • Handle include communicating with both customer and team members and providing prompt response to queries of the customers
  • Carry out Preventive maintenance of machines as per check list
  • Carry out alignments of machine sub systems
  • Attend machine breakdown calls
  • Generate spares enquiry
  • Ensure adherence to business excellence processes and procedures in all activities related to the department
  • Suggest and use of latest technologies and tools for available in the market for the activities within the section
  • Use of technology to automate and enhance efficiency of the processes
